Linux for newbies
I bought this book because I recently installed Ubuntu on my pc. This is a generic book about linux, has a chapter with info about linux distributions. This one is very clear to a newbie show the big picture and who is who on linux and occupies 1/3 of the book. I am (or was) a Windows user, and this book lacks of examples as "in Windows is...", but can be an advantage if you are really newbie to a PC.
Addition at 6 month after buy this book: more you will use Linux, the more you will use this book, very useful
