Bad formatting on smaller Kindle devices
I got this for my Kindle rather than a bulky book to save on space, and I wish I'd just paid the couple of dollars extra to get a real copy. The formatting on many of the coding examples is TERRIBLE and what's even worse is some examples actually have text cut off! I've just wasted 20 minutes trying to find a link to notify Amazon of the problem without any luck which makes it even more frustrating. This book doesn't seem to be marked as "optimized for larger devices" and regardless, it's unacceptable that meaningful text is lost.
