Good examples but some strange best practices

If you are looking for a quick read that gives you examples for Excel / Access projects, this is a useful book. However, many of the author's tips on software development range from curious to flawed and should be taken with a grain of salt (such as adding small numbers to denominators to avoid divide by zero errors).
