Never Received Product or Response
I am truly shocked that this can happen! I ordered the book in late October. I included expedited shipment since I wanted it relatively quickly for a project. I was sent a message that it was shipped October 30. Since that time I have written to the vendor without any response. I have not received any response from Amazon either. This is the first time I have been treated this way. It is truly incredible. Never support this vendor and Amazon, you should be ashamed of yourself for not responding either.
