Visual Basic 6: The Complete Reference Review by anonymous

Examples and more examples

Don't expect to learn much using this book. However I will judge it as a reference and it is poor at that. The indexing is [bad] and, when you do get what you want, concepts are explained in a confusing manner, just a sea of abstractions. This person has little talent as a teacher. The good thing I can say is there are lots of examples (i.e breifly explained code and pictures) that might be useful to you (which I found learning ADO). Otherwise don't get this book unless you like to be frustrated and bored.
