A terrible index for a language with many symbols
Bash has very many operators/symbols, e.g. [[ ]]
Finding discussions of the symbols is impossible, as the reference doesn't have many of them.
As a direct result, it is a miserable experience using this book to try to learn BASH or to try to interpret existing scripts.
