Examples do not work
The examples do not work. They are part of the learning. It is irresponsible to not QA them. Perhaps the title says it all - it is a developer's notebook; of cause there will be bugs, etc.
If you download the codes, it will take you hours to debug them.
Yes the icon files are missing as well.
