Throughout this book, Cato offers diagrams, paradigms, and to-do list, the first is the loop description of the person's relationship with the world: Awareness - Understanding - Action. Cato uses case studies to show how people can create user profiles contribute to the design process. It feels very similar to learning good marketing skills in business school.
