Google Apps gives you that much plus bonus reasons to switch: collaborate on documents with other people at the same time; whip a full web page with a file download, and works on all of the Web-connected computer. Top 14 Google Docs Tricks 1. If you install Google Gears (http://gears.google.com/), you can edit Docs word processing documents offline, and Docs automatically syncs them with the online version the next time you sign online. If you create another collaborator people on Docs documents and spreadsheets, each person can work on files simultaneously.
