This book argues that accessing and browsing information and communication are multidimensional aspects and consequences of user information? the whole experience and human behavior in general. Problems in information creation, processing, transmission, and use often arise from an incomplete conceptualization of the "finding information" process, where information is seen as a deliberate search to find specific information. It also analyzes the convergence of information, including mass media, online information services, Internet and World Wide Web, libraries, public spaces, advertising, and communications organizations.
