The workshop focuses on improving the fundamental understanding of how to model continual learning from past experiences and how to capture knowledge from transitions between the state system. Active conceptual modeling is a continual process of describing all aspects of a domain, activities, and changes from a different perspective based on knowledge and understanding. Included in this survey-the state-the-art is 11 revised full papers, reviewed and selected from the workshop presentations.
