Design to investigate the emergence of spontaneous, unpredictable uses of technology that is driven by social context and the collaborative process, based on our ability to communicate our presence, both virtual and physical, symbolic manner. Given the fact that the social dynamics and unexpected uses of technology can inspire innovation, this book proposes a model for the emergence of design research, focusing on the phenomenon that emerged as part of an iterative design process. By providing a playful, technology-mediated experiences with minimal structure, unanticipated user behavior can arise through exploration, producing experience, richer and more socially complex. CitiTag experiments showed that virtual elements in a mixed reality game to incite a new experience in the context of our everyday environment of physical and social, with often unexpected results.
