More often, though, you will find certain aspects of J2ME (particular graphical user interface elements, for example, or over-the-air provisioning of MIDlet suites) and read Topley's prose explanations and sample code described. In addition to the API reference is described, this book holds a wealth of information about graphical user interface (GUI) for small devices, special consideration designing applications for wireless environments, Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP) and MIDlets.
