Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Administrator's Companion is a documentation record for leading Microsoft's e-mail and collaboration server products - short programming. If you do not find here information on Exchange 2000 Server that you need, you pretty much can succumb to the printed documentation, and the right head for newsgroups. Assuming familiarity with Windows 2000 Active Directory infrastructure in which Exchange 2000 Server relies heavily, this book is not intended as an introductory guide for newcomers to Exchange Server. "Real World" sidebars no case studies, but instead a vehicle for focusing on the Exchange 2000 Server's mechanism for dealing with imperfections (such as in an environment of mail that includes both Exchange 2000 Server and Exchange Server 5.5, or tissue that is sometimes delayed signal pulse .) This book is a great book is not heavy-joking that itinerant consultants might not want to carry around. For situations like those, Microsoft Press published a book that is much smaller and the same quality, if narrow in scope: Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Administrator's Pocket Consultant.
