Built-in packages are collections of PL / SQL objects are stored directly in the Oracle database and is available from programming environments such as Visual Basic, Oracle Developer/2000, Oracle application server (for development of web-based), and, of course, the Oracle database itself . For example, DBMS_SQL implement dynamic constructed SQL statements and / PL SQL block of code; communicate DBMS_PIPE between sessions Oracle is different; and access DBMS_LOB and manipulate large object's Oracle8 (LOBs) from within PL / program SQL first.
