E-Librarian Service combines the latest advances in multimedia information retrieval aspects of human-machine interface, such as the ability to ask questions in natural language, they simulate the human librarian to search for and provide the most relevant documents that the user offers a potential answer to their query. The premise is that the more relevant results can be retrieved if the search engines understand the meaning of the query, the results are returned because it is a logical consequence of the conclusion and not keyword matching.
