As new technology develops, terrorist groups are developing new methods of attack by using the Internet, and by using the virtual world as a battlefield, it has become increasingly difficult to find the identity of the attackers and bring them to justice. But once this attack happens, it raises some important questions: who should respond, and how;? How should countries deal effectively with cyber-attacks;? And will the United States and the nation-state can survive in a world where the boundaries are not limited to virtual?
