This inaugural conference brought together a strong international community of 17 countries from America, Europe, India and Australia with the discipline of research from various fields of business and technology or management software on a topic, which until now, only received little attention from the academic community . The newspapers were full and 9 short 13 accepted for ICSOB selected from 35 submissions and was under eight themes: business model, business management, ecosystems, education and research, internationalization, open source software and social media, product management, and software as service.
