In Detail The purpose of Java Business Integration (JBI) is to allow components and services that will be integrated with vendor-independent way, which allows users and vendors to plug and play. Java Business Integration (JBI) specification is aimed to determine the Service Provider Interface for the integration of the container so that the integration of these components are written to a portable container around the container and also integrate with other components or services using standard protocols and formats. This book first discusses the various integration approaches available and introduces the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), a new architectural pattern that facilitates the integration of services. Java Business Integration (JBI) provides a collaboration framework that provides standard interfaces for integration components and protocols to plug into, allowing the assembly of Service-Oriented Integration (SOI) frameworks following the ESB pattern. Once JBI and ESB are introduced, we see how we have been doing service integration without either of the traditional use J2EE. What you will learn from this book? Assembly services and their ports throughout JBIExposing EJB container as a service using WSDL-compliant in a remote service firewallsBinding ESB to be consumed internallyExposing local components in ESB like POJO as WSDL-compliant service gateway external web service Provides access to external web services on a channel that can consumersAccessing JMSImplementing reliable transport such as a web service versioning using aggregation services ESBImplementing in ESBTransactions, Security, Clustering, and JMX at ESB Approach This book covers all the concepts with examples that can be built, deployed, and executed by the reader using the tool on Apache ServiceMix Apache Ant, which is an open-source Enterprise Service Bus that combines the functionality of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Event Driven Architecture ( EDA). Who is this book written for? This book is intended for Java developers and integration architects who want to become proficient with the standard (JBI), Java Business Integration. A programmer, designer, or architect who do not usually code in Java can still benefit from this book, because we 'assemble the components of integration' XML use with little or no Java code.
