Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) promises the services work together loosely connected, creating dynamic business processes and agile applications that span organizations and platforms. As a computing paradigm, he uses services as fundamental elements to support rapid, low development costs for distributed applications in heterogeneous environments. Realizing the promise of SOC designs require the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) that enables the development of distributed applications simpler and cheaper.
