From there he lays out the infrastructure configuration to create a robust, secure and performant SharePoint rollout.

From here, about half way through the book, the author uses the foundation built up to this point to get the reader into development topics. For someone coming from SharePoint 2.0, or even an experienced .Net developer, this book is invaluable.


Very Useful Reference
